Verbena Homestead Purple is a cultivar of native Canadian vervain. This hardy ground cover thrives in summer heat and drought and is a great choice for the low-maintenance garden. On top of that it will bloom from May to first frost. It spreads by rhizomes and grows 12" to 15". Very attractive to pollinators and hummingbirds.
